STANGEST, S.L., (GRUPO CANTABRIA LABS) undertakes to attend the requests sent to it, either by e-mail or by letter. In this sense, STANGEST, S.L., (GRUPO CANTABRIA LABS) will respond within one month from the reception of the request. However, the possibility of a two-month extension should be taken into account, depending on the complexity of the application and the number of applications. Such extension shall be reported within one month of receipt of the request.
